Wonderful moment... a thousand thanks to the whole team and especially to Pascal for his professionalism and empathy....

We had a family of 6 , they accommodated all of us with no delays and provided amazing service. One of the children got motion sickness , they were very caring and considerate in taking care of him.
The ride was for over 40 minutes even though advertised for only 15-20 minutes. Got breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps from an aerial perspective.... probably my most favorite part of my Swiss vacation!
